Is Clubjourney designed for amateur clubs or also for professional clubs?
Clubjourney is primarily designed for amateur, semi-professional and non-league football clubs, but it can also be used by small and mid-sized professional clubs looking for a simple solution to manage their squad, matches, finances and online presence.
Does Clubjourney work for clubs in any country?
Yes. Clubjourney is a global platform and can be used by clubs in any country. The system supports multiple languages and currencies and is designed to adapt to the reality of amateur and semi-professional clubs around the world.
Which sports and formats does Clubjourney support?
Clubjourney can be used by football clubs, futsal teams, 7-a-side, 8-a-side, small-sided football teams and other team sports that rely on squad management, match scheduling and basic financial organisation.
Can I manage the club’s finances with Clubjourney?
Yes. Clubjourney allows clubs to track income and expenses, such as player membership fees, registrations, sponsorships and other operational costs, helping club administrators keep their finances organised.
Does Clubjourney create a public website for the club?
Yes. In addition to internal management tools, Clubjourney allows clubs to have a complete public website, with information about the club, squad, coaching staff, match calendar, results and sponsors, without requiring any technical knowledge.
The club website is an optional feature, can be enabled or disabled at any time, and is easy to customise and keep up to date.
Does Clubjourney offer a free trial?
Yes. Clubjourney offers a 7-day free trial during which clubs can access all platform features at no cost. After the trial period ends, a subscription is required to continue using the system.
What subscription plans does Clubjourney offer?
Clubjourney offers monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plans. The quarterly and annual plans include a discount compared to the monthly plan.

Is the Clubjourney payment recurring?
Yes. The monthly, quarterly and annual plans are billed on a recurring basis with automatic renewal. However, you can cancel the automatic renewal at any time to avoid future charges.
Can I cancel my Clubjourney subscription and request a refund?
Yes. Clubjourney follows a 14-day cooling-off period. Within this timeframe, counted from the first purchase, users can request a cancellation and refund directly through the payment platform.
After this period, the subscription can still be cancelled at any time, but without eligibility for a refund.
What happens after I cancel my subscription?
After cancelling the subscription renewal, the club will retain access to Clubjourney until the end of the already paid period. Once that period ends, no further charges are made and access to the platform is closed.
What happens to my club’s data if I stop using Clubjourney?
When the free trial ends and the club chooses not to subscribe, or when a subscription is cancelled, the club’s data is securely stored for up to one year. During this time, the account can be reactivated using the same email address, and all previous data will be restored once a new plan is purchased.
If the user chooses to permanently close the account via the account settings, all data is permanently deleted. This includes personal information such as email address and profile photo, as well as club data, players, matches, financial records and any content created while using the platform.
Clubjourney uses secure servers and performs daily backups to protect all stored information.
