Welcome to Clubjourney! These terms and conditions describe the rules for using our website and services. By accessing and using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service
Clubjourney is a software as a service (SaaS) platform designed for football team management. Our services include, but are not limited to, teams management, fixtures, sponsor management, finances, and creating a professional website for the team.
2. User Accounts
To use the management features, you must create an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. All activities carried out under your account are your responsibility.
3. Plans, Payments, Cancellations and Refunds
ClubJourney provides access to its platform through a limited-time free trial period, followed by paid subscription plans. Details regarding the available plans, their features, pricing and conditions are described on the Pricing page.
After the end of the free trial period, in order to continue using the platform, the user must subscribe to one of the available paid plans. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, according to the billing cycle selected at the time of subscription, and payments are processed by a specialised payment platform widely used globally.
3.1 Right to Refund (up to 14 days)
Users may cancel their subscription and request a full refund within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of first subscription to the paid plan.
To request a refund, the user must access their Clubjourney account, go to the Pricing page and click on Manage Subscription. By doing so, the user will be redirected to the payment platform, where they can request the refund directly.
3.2 Cancellation of Recurring Payments after 14 days
After the 14-day period, users may cancel recurring charges at any time, however without the right to a refund of the amount already paid for the current period.
When cancelling the recurrence:
No new charges will be made in the following periods, and users will continue to have access to the platform until the end of the current period.
Cancellation of recurrence must be done through the same path: by accessing the Pricing page on Clubjourney and clicking on Manage Subscription, where subscription management takes place on the payment platform.
4. Platform Use
You agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, including:
- Publishing offensive, defamatory content or content that violates the rights of third parties.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the service.
5. Intellectual Property
The service, website and all its original content, features and functionality are owned by Clubjourney. You retain all rights to the content you create and upload to the platform (such as your team information, photos, etc.), but you grant us a licence to display this content as part of providing the service.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clubjourney is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account control panel.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. We will notify users of material changes, as appropriate.
